1. Products & Orders

• We sell robotic vacuum cleaning products: vacuum cleaner robots, dust collection bags, and virtual wall magnetic strips.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Vacuum Cleaner Robots (UL 1017 / FCC Compliance):

• Read all instructions before first use.

• Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

• Keep away from children.

• Unplug when not in use and before cleaning.

• Do not vacuum liquids (unless designed for wet pickup).

• Do not vacuum flammable or combustible materials.

• Keep away from stairs – use virtual wall strips to block drop zones.

• For cordless models: Use only manufacturer-approved batteries and chargers. Do not disassemble or modify batteries.

• FCC Compliance (digital models): This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.

• UL 1017 (2025 edition) applies to all our robot vacuums, covering electrical safety, leakage current, dielectric strength, thermal protection, mechanical hazards, and stability testing.

For Dust Collection Bags:

• Do not wash or reuse disposable bags.

• Keep plastic bags away from children (suffocation risk).

• Replace bag when full to maintain suction.

• Dispose of used bags properly.

For Virtual Wall Magnetic Strips:

• Keep away from children – small parts may pose choking hazard.

• Do not place near sensitive electronic devices (potential magnetic interference).

• Ensure strip is flat on floor; curled edges may affect robot detection.

• Not a toy – for use with compatible robotic vacuums only.

3. FCC Compliance Statement
For robot vacuums with digital electronics or wireless features:

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

5. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products (plastic components, batteries, electronic parts) may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Under California Proposition 65, products sold or shipped into California must provide a "clear and reasonable" warning if they contain any of the 900+ listed chemicals above safe harbor levels. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging. Civil penalties for non-compliance can reach up to $2,500 per violation per day.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper use of electrical items, battery incidents, magnetic interference, accidents).
